Procedure for sending a vehicle through the port.

1. To send a vehicle, the driver must proceed to one of the private parking areas located near Kuryk Port (distance from Aktau city to the pre-port parking area: LLP “Kaspi Union” — 89 km and LLP “Kuryk Transit” — 93 km);

2. Upon entering the private pre-port parking area, the parking operator registers the vehicle in the electronic queue;

3. When the ferry approaches Kuryk Port, the driver receives a notification that the vehicle has been included in the ferry’s cargo plan. The driver receives an “Assignment” (Поручение) from a representative of Kuryk Port and must enter the port no later than 6 hours before the ferry’s arrival;

4. On the port territory, the vehicle undergoes the following control procedures: radiation control, weighing, and inspection & screening complex;

5. In the customs clearance building (ground floor), it is necessary to pay port charges at the cash desk of JSC “Kazpost”;

6. Complete customs clearance. If required — sanitary, phytosanitary, and veterinary control;

7. One hour before the ferry’s arrival, the vehicle must pass border control;

8. After loading is announced, the vehicle drives onto the ferry.
