A meeting was held at Port Kuryk LLP between the management and staff of the Partnership and deputies of the Mangystau Regional Maslikhat, dedicated to explaining the provisions of the updated Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the significance of the upcoming national referendum.
The discussion was attended by Anar Shamshadinova, Deputy Chair of the Amanat Party for the Mangystau Region; Yerzhan Bekniyazov, Chairman of the Public Council of the Karakiya District; Qiylimgali Koshenov, Executive Secretary of the Karakiya District Branch of the Amanat Party; representatives of the regional coalition, Nuri Tumyshev and Kiikbay Zhaulin; as well as Zhangabyl Kalabay, Chairman of the District Maslikhat.
During the meeting, the key amendments aimed at further developing democratic institutions, strengthening the principles of justice, and enhancing the role of civic participation were explained in detail. It was noted that the upcoming referendum represents an important stage in the country’s political modernization.
